Our next fundraiser is a gourmet popped popcorn sale that starts January 25th and ends February 11th. You can earn up to three free bags (one free bag per each seven bags sold if our group sells seventy-five bags). Each bag costs $15. You make $6 off of each bag sold if our group sells 1-49 bags. If our group sells 50 or more bags, you make $6.75 off of each bag. Checks are made payable to McGavock Band Boosters. Butter Braid Fundraiser
Make sure and take advantage of the butter braid pastry sale kicking off January 9th and ends January 28th. Orders can be turned in on January 28th after the booster meeting to Christy Earl. The booster meeting is at 6:30 p.m. in the NorthEast cafeteria on January 28th. Profit is $5.50 off of each pastry sold and delivery is expected on February 11th. Fruit Fundraiser
Our last fundraiser for the fall starts October 23rd. We will be selling delicious fruit. Profit is 40%. The sale runs through November 5th. Forms will be passed out at rehearsal on the 23rd. Mums Fundraiser
Make sure and take advantage of the MUMS sale going on now! We will be selling the 9′ and10′ potted mums (we will NOT be selling the 8′). They come in various colors. The 9′ sells for $18 and you make $8.50 profit. The 10′ sells for $23 and you make $11 profit. The sale is August 9th-30th. Please email Christy Earl at earlfamily391@gmail.com if you have questions. The mums are expected to arrive mid September.

Yankee Candles Due
Yankee candle fundraising forms are due May 21st. They can’t be accepted after this date. 8th grade families can turn their orders in after the meeting on May 21st, and current members can turn their orders in from 8:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. outside of the band room. All checks are made payable to McGavock Band Boosters. Please make sure forms are filled out completely and that the money included matches the order total. Yankee Candles
Yankee candle fundraiser begins on May 1st and is due May 21st. Profit is 40%. You can set up an account to take online orders. Get your packets outside of the auditorium before the concert on May 1st from 6:30 p.m. – 6:50 p.m. and/or after the concert. McGavock Band magnets will also be on sale for $10. Our treasurers will be there before and after the concert for any financial questions you might have.
Butter Braid
Our Butter Braid Orders are here and just in time for the holidays!! Christy Earl will be outside of the band room on Thursday, November 30th from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with Butter Braid orders. Please make plans to pick up your order during this time. The Butter Braids need to be put in the freezer as soon as possible.
