We accept donations for the general band fund or for individual band members through our web site! Paypal allows you to donate either through your Paypal account or using most major credit cards!

Wishlist

This is a list of current needs and wants for the McGavock Band. If you or your organization is able to provide any of the below, please contact us.

• 4-wheeler for use during the marching band season (to transport front ensemble equipment to the field(s))

For the Music City Invitational marching band contest (MCI), we need the following:

• 4-Wheelers, Gator-type utility ATV or Golf Cart that has a hitch will work (we will need several for the day of MCI)
• RV, pop-up camper for Press Box/Tabulations
• Folding Tables
• Pop Up Canopies.  We need three total
• First Aid Supplies like band aids, instant cold packs, Tylenol, ace bandages...for the first aid tent.
• Concessions
  • Creamer, Sugar, sweet and low packets.
  • Mustard, Ketchup and Mayo packets
  • Napkins
  • Tubs or drinks
  • Large Coolers
  • Serving Gloves
  • Burger Wrappers
  • Bake Sale items--need to be individually baged. 
  • Trash Bags, paper towels and large Trash cans.
• Hand Sanitizer for the porta potties.
• Portable lights
• Band Aid Items:
  • 10 x 13 envelopes--need about 200
  • Need about 200ea  3 x 4 clip style, top loading name badge holders 
  • 1500 each of GBC Heat Seal # 3747283 laminating pouches
  • Sheet Protectors-
  • Large Safety Pins--we need about 1500 total
  • Sandwich-sized zipper bags
• # 2 sharpened pencils for the judges--extra erasers
• Clip Boards
