Sr Party Thursday August 5th
Sr parents we need your help to make the Sr party a success for our studetns. This party will be held at 6:45 pm in the bandroom.

Check out up to (3) Smart Cards and earn $7.00 profit per card. Cards available during Thursday Rehearsals and are $12.00ea
Earn up to a maxiumn of 2 free cards. One free at 4 cards sold and 1 free at 7 cards sold.
Enjoy the City books are $20.00 ea and you earn $10.00 profit per book sold.
You can earn one free book for every five books sold.
Free Cards and Books will be distributed at the end of the sale. You must turn in all cards and Books by the end of each sale.

CONGRATULATIONS CONCERT BAND!
Congratulations to the McGavock Concert Band for their outstanding accomplishments at the MTSBOA Concert Festival at MTSU Wednesday. The band received straight Superior (I) ratings in both concert and sight reading festival performance!
The band performed Flourish for Wind Band by Ralph Vaughan Williams and Farandole by Bizet. Great Job Concert Band!

Congratulations to the McGavock Symphonic Band for their outstanding accomplishments at the MTSBOA Concert Festival at MTSU Wednesday. The band received straight Division I and superior ratings in both concert and sight-reading performance.
The band performed King Cobra Concert March by David Shaffer and In the Forest of the King by Pierre La Plante. Great job Band!

Recycle Inkjet Cartridges
Please bring your empty inkjet cartridges to the band room and drop them in the recycle box. The cartridges will be recycled for profits going to the general band fund. We will receive $2.00 per cartridge turned in.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY (GFS Marketplace)
GFS Marketplace is offering McGavock Band an excellent opportunity to earn cash for your Childs fair share account. It is simple, all you need to do is fill out and mail the invitation and start earning.
The amount earned is based on the total amount spent by the band family per quarter. All we have to spend is $4500.00 per quarter and we receive the max of 10% profit. This is pre taxed purchases. You do not have to save receipts or manage this in anyway. Just shop at GFS Marketplace and earn.

CHAIR FUNDRAISER
Dear friends and supporters of the McGavock Band & Orchestra:
The McGavock Band & Orchestra is in the process of purchasing Musician Chairs for use in the instrumental rehearsal room. These chairs are specially designed to emphasize posture and correct air support.
We hope you will financially support us in this endeavor with a tax-deductible donation of $100, which will purchase one chair and corresponding transportation cart. Full donations of $100 will be recognized with a personalized engraved plate on the back of the chair. Partial donations are also welcomed, but will not qualify you for a personalization.
